We've been developing DotNetNuke modules for a while, but we really needed to change hosts after WebHost4Life let us down. Once we signed up, PowerDNN made transferring our websites and databases incredibly painless and easy. I made the switch to PowerDNN about 6 months ago because the performance on my previous host was so poor. Since switching to PowerDNN, I have been completely satisfied. Our church was brand new to DNN, and we have had many questions.  PowerDNN has provided 5 star, one on one support with our site developer to get our new site set up quickly.  They took care of the DNS transfers for us, are positive and happy when you speak to them on the phone, have helped us contact module developers to resolve version issues we were having, and have quickly responded to all of my many other requests and needs.  This level of customer service is rare in this day and age. Over the last month I have been setting up a number of sites through PowerDNN. Each time I have required support from PowerDNN to complete the site setup. Each time, the support has been fast, thorough and always very polite. I have been developing web solutions for customers since 1994 and PowerDNN is by far the most thorough and efficient hosting partner I have had the pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to sending more business to PowerDNN. I am a very happy customer.

PowerDNN has always been very good to my company. We started out with a VPS account in Feb. 2006. This is an incredibly good setup (and no, I don't have stock in the company, nor am I affiliated). By now this offer has been discontinued, so now you can choose between dedicated or shared.
Because of several different reasons we went to the shared option (for now), and I found that the downgrade went without a hitch. The operator found that we had a somewhat different set up (with production and staging setups, without going through the control panel) and he did what needed to be done to get the whole thing set up on the shared account.
Tony (the owner) and all the staff are always very friendly, patient and extremely tolerant. I am a developer and support pro myself in my day job, and I am not half as patient as these very professional people.
I have only kudos for this company. Very knowledgeable with regards to hosting and DNN. No questions asked when I needed to downgrade. Very professional job to get the original server setup and now the shared account. They will be my only choice when we go back to dedicated.
As you will probably ask: Why go shared? Current economics. Plain and simple. Their shared account will support our current client base.

Your support is absolutely fantastic! I would expect your speed of response from a small company with few customers, not one as big as PowerDNN...pat yourselves on the back - all of you...especially Jake!

Thank you for installing a new DNN account recently. It's such a pleasure to see everything working properly and to feel the speed (my hair is blowing back as we speak). This was my first account with PowerDNN, but if things keep up like this, I'll be transferring my other DNN sites over to PowerDNN. There really is something to be said for specialization and for not driving the client bonkers with overloaded shared servers.

Your company continues to move the bar higher in the area of service. Another example was evident yesterday when I submitted a ticket on an item that came up during a client design site conversion to production. Not only did Erik engage immediately on the issue on a Sunday morning, he also identified an opportunity for an enhancement to the PowerDNN 1-button clone functionality and took the initiative to offer to convert the design site to production, which was brought online shortly thereafter. This coupled with PowerDNN's growing suite of support enhancements and its Atomic SLA package are exactly what we were looking for in a hosting service.
